Social Impact Assessment We will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your organization’s social impact initiatives to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. We will analyze your current impact data, stakeholder feedback, and industry benchmarks to gain a comprehensive understanding of your organization’s social impact landscape.

 

Social Impact Strategy Development Based on the assessment results, we will develop a customized social impact strategy that aligns with your organization’s mission, vision, and goals. Our team will work closely with your organization’s leadership team to develop a roadmap that outlines key objectives, strategies, and actions for achieving your social impact goals.

 

Social Impact Measurement and Evaluation We will design a social impact measurement and evaluation framework that enables your organization to track and report on your social impact outcomes. Our team will provide training and support to your staff to ensure that the framework is implemented effectively.

 

In addition to social impact assessments, I also advise public and private companies and nonprofits on partnerships and fundraising collaborations.
